Indian jewellery is built around weddings and festivals. That tradition is real, and we love it. But it leaves three hundred days a year with nothing to wear.
So we make jewellery for the other three hundred. The promotion. The deadline survived. The trip finally booked. The ordinary Tuesday.
◇ Who we are
We met in New York, doing our bachelor's, and ended up as roommates. One of us grew up around jewellery. The other couldn't stop thinking about how businesses run. Stella is what happened when we put the two together.

Design and product
I grew up around jewellery, so design and product are where my eye goes first. I look after what we make: the pieces, the stones, and the craftsmen in Surat who make every one of them. If a setting is a hair off, it goes back.
Khushee
Business, operations and systems
My side of Stella is how it all runs: the showroom, your order, and what happens after it reaches you. I build the systems that make sure nothing you're promised gets missed.

We tell you what things cost.
The stone, the gold, the making. Our solitaires show the breakdown line by line. For anything else, just ask.
We look after what we make.
Resize, repolish, repair, for as long as you own a gold piece*. Our labour is usually free; you pay only for materials.
We make it after you order it.
Nothing sits in a case for a year. Your piece is made for you and dispatched within 25 days.

Made in Surat, finished by us.
Every piece is made in Surat, where most of the world's diamonds are cut and polished, by craftsmen who have made fine jewellery for generations. Then it comes to us in Vadodara for a final check before it's boxed.

The drawing
Your order becomes a technical drawing: stone size, metal weight, the exact setting.

The stone
Krisha picks the diamond and checks it under the loupe. The finished piece ships with its SGL report.

Wax and casting
The design is carved in wax, then cast in gold or silver.

Setting
The stone is set by hand and the claws are shaped around it.

Polish and hallmark
Polished to a mirror finish, then BIS hallmarked.

We check it, photograph it, box it and send it to you insured.
