Every diamond at Stella is SGL certified — which means an independent gemological laboratory has verified its quality, cut, colour, and clarity. You receive the certificate with your order and can verify it directly on the SGL website. All gold jewellery carries a BIS hallmark — the Indian government's quality standard for gold purity. You are not taking our word for it. The paperwork comes with the piece.

Moissanite is a different stone entirely — it is silicon carbide, not carbon. It looks similar to a diamond but has different optical properties, a different refractive index, and a different feel to it. A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond. Same material, same hardness (10 on the Mohs scale), same certification standards. Moissanite is not certified by diamond grading laboratories like SGL or IGI because it is not a diamond.
