The agreement between you and Kayes Diamond when you buy from this site.
Who you're buying from Kayes Diamond, a partnership firm in Vadodara, Gujarat, trading as Stella Fine Jewellery.
Orders and acceptance An order is accepted when we confirm it on WhatsApp or email, not at checkout. If a price on the site is wrong we'll tell you and refund you in full rather than hold you to it.
Prices, gold rate and GST Prices include 3% GST. Gold prices move with the gold rate, and the price shown when you pay is the price you pay. We accept cards, UPI and net banking.
Made-to-order and customised work Every piece, ready-now or made to order, follows our 15-day returns policy. A customised piece is one of our designs changed at your request (added stones, a different colour, shape or shank, or an engraving). We don't make one-off pieces from scratch. Customised pieces need a 50% advance, with the balance due before dispatch. Changes are free until the piece goes to the bench. After that, it can't be cancelled or returned.
Certification and hallmarking Every diamond piece ships with an SGL report, and IGI is available on request. Gold and 925 silver are BIS hallmarked. The report describes the diamond as graded by an independent lab. It isn't a valuation or an insurance appraisal.
Forever Care For as long as you own a Stella gold piece, we'll resize, repolish and repair it, and re-plate the rhodium on white gold. Gold plating is not re-applied. We waive our labour charge in most cases, at our discretion. Material (gold or stones) is always charged, and quoted before we start. It doesn't cover silver pieces, loss, theft, or damage from work by another jeweller.
Lifetime exchange. Gold pieces can be exchanged towards another Stella piece for as long as you own them. Gold is credited at 100% and diamonds at 90% of current market value. Making charges, any discount applied at purchase, and GST aren't credited. There's no cash buyback, and silver pieces are excluded.
Liability Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We aren't responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier network failures, but we'll tell you as soon as we know.
Governing law These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat. Please write to the Grievance Officer first. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and answer it within 7 working days.
