About Stella Fine Jewellery

Are your diamonds real?

Yes. They're laboratory-grown diamonds: real diamonds with the same chemical composition, hardness and optical properties as mined diamonds. The difference is origin, and your certificate states it.

Are your pieces certified?

Yes. Every piece is certified by SGL, and IGI certification is available on request. The certificate covers the finished piece, not each stone individually, and ships with your order.

Is your jewellery hallmarked?

Yes. Our gold and our 925 sterling silver are BIS hallmarked. The hallmark is stamped on the piece itself, not a separate certificate.

What metals do you offer?

9kt, 14kt and 18kt gold, 925 sterling silver, and gold vermeil: at least 2.5 microns of gold over 925 sterling silver.

Shipping & Orders

Do you ship across India?

Yes. Shipping is free anywhere in India, with no minimum order. We don't ship outside India yet.

How long will my order take?

Ready-now pieces ship in 2–3 days and reach you 3–4 days later, depending on your pincode. Made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 25 days of the order being confirmed.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

Tell us the same day and we'll replace, remake or refund in full.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a piece?

Yes, within 15 days of it reaching you, as long as it's unworn and returned in its original packaging with its certificate. We pay the return shipping.

Can I return customised jewellery?

No. A piece customised at your request, including an engraving, can't be returned.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are made at invoice value within 10 business days.

Exchange & Care

Can I exchange a piece later?

Yes, on gold pieces. After the return window closes, a gold Stella piece can move to another Stella piece through lifetime exchange*.

Do you resize, repolish and repair?

On gold pieces bought from us, yes, for as long as you own them, through Forever Care. The labour is usually free, and so is the shipping, though it depends on the piece. Any additional material is charged and quoted first.

Does this cover silver and vermeil?

No. Silver and vermeil pieces aren't resized, repolished or repaired, and we don't re-plate vermeil.

Product Care

Can I wear jewellery daily?

Yes, but we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, gym or workout use, direct impact, and swimming pools.

How should I store my jewellery?

Store pieces separately in soft pouches or jewellery boxes to avoid scratches.
