Most pieces are made after you order.
We don't hold deep stock. Your ring is cast, set and polished for you, in your size, after the order lands.
How it travels

- In the box it lives in, then a plain outer carton with no jeweller's name on it.
- Delayed
- If it's late we tell you before you have to ask. Anything genuinely lost we remake, no argument.
International: not yet.
