Where we ship: anywhere in India, free, with no minimum order. We don't ship abroad yet.

When: ready-now pieces are processed and shipped in 2–3 days, and delivery takes another 3–4 days depending on the pincode. Made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 25 days of the order being confirmed.

Packaging: a plain outer carton with no jeweller's name.

Signature and ID: a signature and photo ID may be needed at delivery.

Loss or damage in transit: tell us the same day and we'll replace, remake or refund in full.
