Customised pieces
When we change one of our designs for you (birthstones, a different colour, shape or shank, an engraving), the piece is made for you alone and can't be sold to anyone else. So customised work is final once it goes to the bench. We'll say so before you pay.
Before you return it
If it's the size, we resize gold rings. If it's the finish, tell us; it's often a polish. If you'd rather have something else, gold pieces can be exchanged for as long as you own them*.
How to start one
Message us. There's no form. Tell us the order number and we'll arrange a pickup from your address, at our cost.

- You message us. We book a pickup from your address.
- 2–3 days
- It reaches us and we check it against the certificate.
- Within 10 business days
- The refund leaves us, back to the card or account you paid from.
