Why this one
A ring of small stones set close around the centre one. It makes the centre read a size or two larger than it is, and it is the most honest way to do that — you are buying width, not carat.
On gold pieces: Resize, repolish and repair, on pieces bought from Stella. The labour is usually free, and so is the shipping, though it depends on the piece. Any additional material — extra gold, additional or replacement stones — and any complex work beyond a standard resize, repolish or repair is charged to you. Not covered: loss, theft, stones lost to impact, damage from misuse, and any piece worked on by another jeweller.
