Every Stella Fine Jewellery piece is designed to be worn and cherished for years. To help maintain its beauty, we offer a range of aftercare services.
Repair Services
Complimentary Minor Repairs
We offer lifetime complimentary minor repairs including clasp adjustments, loose setting checks, and minor structural corrections.
Chargeable Repairs
Additional charges may apply if extra gold or diamonds are required, or if damage is caused by accidents, misuse, chemicals, or improper handling.
Repolishing Services
We offer complimentary lifetime repolishing services to restore your jewellery’s shine and brilliance.
Resizing Services
Resizing is offered complimentary where technically feasible. Certain designs may not be resizable, including eternity bands, tension settings, and some channel-set designs. Additional gold or material charges may apply where required.
Service Timeline
Most aftercare services require a minimum of 15 working days.
Service Eligibility
Services are applicable only for authentic Stella Fine Jewellery products that have not been altered by third parties.
Keep your documents safely
Please keep your invoice and applicable certificates safely. They may be required for returns, exchanges, repairs, resizing, repolishing, insurance or future verification.
