Lifetime Exchange Policy

At Stella Fine Jewellery, customers can upgrade their jewellery anytime through our Lifetime Exchange Policy.

Exchange Valuation

Exchange value is calculated based on:

  • Gold: 100% current market value
  • Diamonds: 100% current market value for equivalent grade and quality

Deductions

The following are deducted during exchange:

  • Making charges
  • Discounts or promotional benefits received during original purchase

Exchange Scenarios

  • If the new product value is higher, customer pays the difference
  • If equal, direct exchange
  • If lower, balance issued as store credit

Store Credit Rules

  • Valid for 12 months
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-encashable

Exchange Eligibility

Products must:

  • Pass QA inspection
  • Have original certification
  • Not be altered by third parties

Buyback Policy

Customers may opt for buyback if they wish to receive cash instead of another Stella product.

Buyback Valuation

  • Gold: 100% current market value
  • Diamonds: 90% current market value

Deductions

  • Making charges
  • Discounts or promotional benefits
  • GST excluded from payout

Payment Terms

  • Processed via bank transfer only
  • Within 15 working days after QA approval

Additional Requirements

  • Government ID mandatory
  • PAN may be required for high-value transactions

Important Notes

  • Buyback is available only for verified Stella purchases
  • Stella reserves the right to reject products failing authentication or quality checks

Keep your documents safely

Please keep your invoice and applicable certificates safely. They may be required for returns, exchanges, repairs, resizing, repolishing, insurance or future verification.
