30-Day Return Policy
At Stella Fine Jewellery, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for online orders or date of purchase for showroom purchases, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
Eligible Products
The following products are eligible for return:
- Ready-stock products
- Made-to-order products without modifications
Non-Eligible Products
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Fully customised jewellery
- Engraved jewellery
- Modified made-to-order pieces, including changes in stone shape, size, metal colour, or custom specifications
- Products altered or repaired by third parties
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Original certificate must be provided
- Original invoice is preferred; orders may also be verified internally
- Product must pass Stella’s quality inspection process
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after successful QA inspection
- Refund timeline: 7-10 working days after approval
- Refunds are issued via original payment method or NEFT
Refund Value
Customers receive 100% of invoice value, minus any discounts, promotional benefits, or offers applied at the time of purchase.
Making charges and GST are included within the refund amount.
Important Notes
- Stella reserves the right to reject returns if the product shows signs of wear, misuse, or damage
- Shipping or processing charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable
- Quality inspection may take up to 7 working days
Keep your documents safely
Please keep your invoice and applicable certificates safely. They may be required for returns, exchanges, repairs, resizing, repolishing, insurance or future verification.
