What your Stella piece comes with
Every eligible Stella Fine Jewellery piece is accompanied by documents and product markings that help verify its authenticity and should be kept safely.
BIS Hallmark Stamp
All applicable gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked. The BIS hallmark is a stamp on the jewellery itself that indicates gold purity as per Indian hallmarking standards. It is not a separate certificate that comes along with the order.
SGL / IGI Diamond Certificate
Eligible diamond jewellery pieces come with a separate recognised diamond certificate such as SGL and/or IGI where applicable. This certificate documents diamond details and authenticity.
Invoice
Your invoice is your proof of purchase. The original invoice is preferred for returns, exchanges and service requests, though orders may also be verified internally.
Keep these documents safely
Your original diamond certificate is mandatory for returns and may also be required for exchange, buyback, aftercare services, repair, resizing, repolishing, insurance or future verification.
